Ability to use inside AND ouside insulation on the same item

Sometimes we use inside AND ouside insulation on runs of duct. 

Now, it's one way or the other.

Be nice to allow this for piping as well....or enhance double wall for piping. This would also offer some creative flexibility in the ability to setup and create dual containment piping systems. When we've used insulation for this in the past, it then removes our ability to use insulation for those items as it's used to represent the secondary piping containment.

We have seen jobs too that are Double Wall and with Outside Insulation.... typically if they are located outside the building on a roof.
