Unable to Complete Survey for Autodesk Education Course

Hi everyone,

I’m a user of Autodesk Education courses and successfully completed one in the past. At that time, I was able to complete the survey and get my completion PDF without any issues.

Recently, I finished a second course, but now I’m unable to complete the survey due to what seems to be a technical issue. The system displays an error, and the survey doesn’t load properly. I suspect there may be a problem with the web code.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with Autodesk support to resolve this?

Sorry, but the Autodesk Assistant only provides automated answers and hasn’t been helpful in resolving my issue. I’ve also tried to reach out to a real person, but I haven’t received any responses yet.
