12 days ago I received an email saying my autodesk educational access has expired, and that moment i was unable to renew it. Now I'm trying to renew my educational access but I'm unable to find any button or banner that prompts me to renew my access. According to the, AI support assistant, support forums and blogs a banner should appear on my educational products page but nothing such is shown. I also tried looking for a prompt or button in my profile page and subscriptions page but nothing seems to have any sources to renew my access. If i open any autodesk app such autocad or 3ds max, a window appears showing that my access has expired and redirects me to the educational products page. No support cases are available neither the support assistant is bale to help me.

Here you go. No, I haven't been able to re-verify my student account.
Hi @afimran98,
Can you click select on a product you don't currently have a license for? Does this prompt you to reverify?

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I have tried clicking on various products that I do not have licenses for, but no pop-up window asking me to renew has appeared.
I have the same concern. No banner appears to renew my access even as I select the product that I don't have license for.
