Students login and then are logged out.

Some of my students who were invited to the educational account, try to log in and then the desktop logs them out and makes them try to log in again and again.  We went to their account online and they have educational access.

Hi @philryland,

When I looked at the email address you posted, I didn't see any product licenses on the account. Please download the products you need from the education product page. You don't need to reinstall - a license is assigned to your account at the time of downloading.

 

Beyond that, what product are your students experiencing issues with?

Still having a problem with one student.  Repeat student from last year.  His Fusion shows expired.  I've tried to send invitation from the Web folder permissions, but he is not getting the invite.  Correct email, checked spam and trash. nothing.
