Having trouble to login in 3ds Max with my student license / student account

I just installed the 3ds Max software today but I can't login with my student account.
I have tried the solutions in this website - https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/There-is-a-problem...

but it does not works. Is there any other solutions to solve this problem?
At the same time I'm using AutoCad and Revit as well, both of them works with the student account.
Hope to get reply as soon as possible, thank you 😄

Hi,

This is a question best answered by Autodesk themselves, not the users:

I have already message the contact support and the link was provided by them. Since it doesn't work, the contact support asking me to post a forum here to seek for help.

Ok,

It seems the mods have moved this post from the 3DSMax Forum to the installation and licencing forum.
Hopefully somebody here can help you fix the problem you're having 😉

Hi @suiyihz,

I can see AutoCAD & Revit licenses in your account but not 3DS Max. Please try downloading 3DS Max from the Education Product page, which will add a license to your account. You do not need to reinstall.

Thanks! I'm able to open it without asking any license after I choose the download instead of install, but it pops up this notice, should I just ignored it?Screenshot 2023-10-12 090249.png
