Student email address showing up as name

I imported as CSV file with last name , first name and email address. But, when I look at the account management screen, everyone is listed by email address. The problem is that our school district changed email addresses to a 7 digit format based on their student ID, for  example 2456789@lwsd.org. So, all I see is that and there is no way to view the accounts by the actual name of the student even though that information was included in the CSV file, even if I click on the individual student.

When you formatted the CSV, was it formatted exactly First name, surname and Email address with one user per row?

Was the CSV file comma delimited?

Yes to all of the questions above. Even though it was formatted correctly , I still see email addresses, not names.
