Cannot renew my educational access

I'm trying to renew my educational access to my AutoCAD software after it has expired as I'm still a student at Boston Architectual College. I need renewed access to I can complete my assignments. But it says it requires verification. My subscription pages is not updated and is still showing my educational access has expired and I cannot get to verification page to verify that I'm a student. Please help resolve this so I can be granted full renewed access to AutoCAD.

Once inside with your username and password, you must choose a product to start the reactivation process:

as a student:

You will upload your data as well as those of the educational institution and at the end you will have two routes to activate, one is through your institutional email and the other is by uploading supporting documents (I recommend uploading them in PNG format and attaching an official ID) and send it:

Ready, in less than 10 minutes you should receive a positive answer.

Right, to make this more secure just search in your web browser for Autodesk Educational and this will take you to the educational licensing site.

I just tried that. It's not working. Every time I try to go to the verification page trying clicking on 'Acesss Product', it's taking straight to the downloads page. It's not letting me go straight to the verification page to confirm my eligibility.

hello, i have the same problem, when i try to renew or reset acces to my student license i cant give my student id or anything and just straight takes me to the download page, so i cant verify my student identity. Could you please help me with it?

I've just checked you account, which is verified into 2025 with AutoCAD and 3DS Max licenses - so you should be good to go. If everything is okay, I'd be happy to hear from you; otherwise, please don't hesitate to let me know where you are in the process of getting your account and software working.

Hi, I'm also having issues with my educational reverification. When I go to reverify for Fusion 360 and click the "confirm educational eligibility" button it says I've used up all my reverification attempts and to contact SheerID. I contacted them and they said I've already been verified recently under one of my other emails so I can't verify again under the email for this account. However, I don't have an account under that other email and all my projects are saved on this account. They told me to contact Autodesk for help. Thank you!

Hi, I am also having problems. I have accidentally put down the wrong institution as my university and cannot seem to change. This is stopping me from being able to verify myself and therefore I cannot use the services provided.

Is there a way to reset the student account?

Hello! I have a similar problem hoping you can help me: in the Autodesk education page shows that my education license ends november 2025 but in my AutoCAD app shows that my license ended in november 2024, i tried reinstalling but nothing change.

I am student and I cannot install AutoCAD edu version because I register 2 times on Autodesk.

First I register with my gmail adress which is uncorrect and second time I register with my correct mail [email protected] and with that mail I cannot install programs of Autodesk.

Please make this my faculty mail [email protected] that it be main account on Autodesk that I can do my work on faculty.
