Hi @rodriguez1jairo66,

Which version of 3DS Max are you trying to use? Can you share a screenshot? I'd be happy to look into this further.

All the best,

Hi, Thanks for your reply,

Im using 3Dsmax 2023, this below is the message that i got always when i start the software

Screenshot 2024-06-27 084117.png

y have tried all the options, pressing buy now, restart access, and change license type, and all lead to a sign in again, and i have done this like 10 times and alwaways appears the same message, also chechikng the license from the top right menu appears like below screenshot

20232023

which is wrong because i have an active license, to prove that i also download the 2025 version and this one works perfectly and this appear on the license tab like below on the 2025 version

Screenshot 2024-06-27 083752.png

something strange that i note is that when i log in on the 2023 version i have to add my password on a small tab that appears, and when i have to log in on the 2025 version, as im currently logged on the autodesk web, when i hit log in this open like a pop up window to the autodesk web page where im already logged in and just says something like your identity have been confirm, back to the software and thats it! very simple and effective, I really dont know why this 2023 version have this sing in glitch? im about to restart windows because im sure that is a file or something from the old license that is not alowing the new active license to work, but before that wanted to ask if there is a way to fix this without restarting windows?

Thanks so much in advance for your help

Hi @rodriguez1jairo66,

Can you try downloading 3DS Max 2023 from the Education Product page? This will ensure a 2023 3DS Max license is assigned to your account.

Next, can you reset the 3DS Max 2023 license using the licensing support tool? The aim is to force the software to fetch the newest license assigned to you.

I hope this helps; please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions,
