Problems with accessing the student trial of MAYA

I receive an email confirming a one-year student access to MAYA. However this versions  does not appear in my AutoDesk account. How can I gain access?

Hi @petrmaya2011,

As part of Autodesk's Export Compliance obligations, we are obliged to review all customers, including education users. Unfortunately, I can see that your account is currently being reviewed. Screening should only take around 5 days but can take up to 2 weeks during the busiest periods. If you're still not able to access the software after this time, please don't hesitate to reach out me and I'll forward this to our Education and Export Teams.

I received an email confirming access to the student version back in May.
In June, July, and August, I tried to obtain the program but keep getting a
message that my account is still under review. How can I complete the
verification process? Thank you!

I've just created a support ticket with our Education support team to get this resolved for you. They should be reaching out to your shortly for any details that need to complete the Export Screen.
