Says my student account is not verified

I am a student at clemson university and I am taking an animation course. I was told that if i create an account through my school email i should be able to have access to maya for up to one year through my school. However, once the installation process is complete, it is asking to verify my account. it sends me an email with a verify link and when i press it, it tells me that my account is not verified. How can I fix this?

Hi @hpeeple5KE8C,

Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? I've just checked your account, and I can see your Education access is all good and that you have a Maya license in your account. If this is regarding email verification, I recommend checking this article.

I look forward to hearing from you,
