My verification attempt is reached, I can't verify my account

I want to download AvtoCad software but I get a message:


Unfortunately the maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Please contact support if you need to try again.

 

Can you please unlock my account so I can try logging in again.

I want to download AvtoCad software but I get a message:


Unfortunately the maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Please contact support if you need to try again.

 

Can you please unlock my account so I can try logging in again.
