Hello! I have been trying to renew my license for the past week but I have had no luck. I have already contacted SheerID's support. They said they would be able to upload the verification documents for me, and once I did they said I should expect an email from Autodesk Support. However, I never got one.
This was on the 25th and my license expires on the 5th of February ... I believe I have an educational license from school, and I need to renew it in order to work on my assignments at home. Please let me know how to solve this issue!
