Maximum Number of verification attempts was reached - SheerID Verification not Working

Hello! I have been trying to renew my license for the past week but I have had no luck. I have already contacted SheerID's support. They said they would be able to upload the verification documents for me, and once I did they said I should expect an email from Autodesk Support. However, I never got one.

 

This was on the 25th and my license expires on the 5th of February ... I believe I have an educational license from school, and I need to renew it in order to work on my assignments at home. Please let me know how to solve this issue!

Hey Erin,
Same issue here. Went through SheerID and they confirmed that my education license was reverified and that Autodesk would send an email to confirm. However, they did not so I reached back out to SheerID and they said to get Autodesk support through the Autodesk Assistant. I have not received a response from Autodesk yet, but I will keep trying. Good luck.
