Issues downloading Fusion - after several attempts I am not able to continue trying.

Hello,

I have been having issues downloading fusion on my computer and I am getting the following error message that I have exceeded the numbers of attempts.

I would appreciate your assistance unblocking my account so that I can try again and understand what the root issue I have is when trying to download.
