Hi there, my educational license expired yesterday (18/08) and I can't find the banner to renew my educational license.

The support AI chat doesn't help much either. Is there another way to renew my educational license please?

Hi @septineW9AR6,

Can you try downloading a product you currently don't have access to (such as Civil3D)? This should prompt you to start the verification process so you can be ready for the year ahead.

I hope this answers your question & I look forward to hearing from you,

Hi @septineW9AR6,

I apologise for not being clearer, can you download Civil 3D from the Education Product page?

All the best,

Leo
