How do I contact the Autodesk Education support team?

I have the same Error message "Unfortunately the maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Please contact support if you need to try again." prevents access to Autodesk eduacational products. I can't contact with Education team through Autedesk assistant

Hello,
I made an error while completing the page for "Access to Autodesk Products Under an Educational License" in the Educational Institution section. Unfortunately, the school name I entered does not match the name on the document I need to upload for license verification. As a result, I am currently ineligible for the products. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in correcting this issue.
I have already contacted your team and here is what has been said:

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues verified. Please allow me to assist you with this.
 
Upon checking our records, I can see that your request has been denied because the school name on the form is Formation Architecture Intérieure - Vannes - Contact, but your document showed your school name as Ecole de Conde. Since all documents are purged from the system once a request has been rejected or approved, I was not able to review it on your behalf. For that, I apologize.
 
As SheerID must verify information as accurately as possible, we cannot approve a request if the school name is not an exact match. To change or update the name of the educational institution reflected on your verification form, please contact the Autodesk Educational support team by filling out the contact form on this link: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support/edu-contact-us-form.
 
Once your school is updated, please re-submit your verification request.



I was not able to find this famous document to fill in. I am stuck and need a solution emmediately.
