Educational License Not Updating

Hi! I have renewed my educational license for AutoCAD for MAC. On the Autodesk website, it says that my license is now valid through March 8, 2024. However, when I open AutoCAD, no matter what I do, it still says "Expires in 2 days, renew now." I even removed the app from my laptop and re-downloaded it. I followed all the steps in any help page and it still won't sync up with the correct license timeline. Please help!

90% of EDU renewal issues like ours go away if you make the effort to uninstall your current EDU licensed software (after you back up all of your customizations), then download new from the EDU site and reinstall.

Seems to be the way Autodesk does things now.

The same thing is happening to me and no matter what I do it tells me my educational license has expired and I keep on going back and updating and it keeps on popping up again and I can't use my auto cad. I don't know what to do anymore.

I have tried several times already the AI does not understand my problem and there are no agents available online for help for days...

I've just checked your account and everything looks fine. What version of AutoCAD are you using?

Can you try resetting the license on the computer by following these instructions?

Re instaled liscence support tool, and I'm still getting this message;

Access expired

Your access to Autodesk for Education has expired. If you're still eligible, you can restart access. If not, it's a great time to start a subscription.

Which product (and version) are you trying to use? I've just checked your account and your Educational Access is valid into 2025 - I also see AutoCAD, Revit and Maya licenses available.

Where licenses are assigned to your account, resetting the license service locally on your computer can prompt a refresh so the most up-to-date details are fetched.

my student license has expired, I didn't know I had to renew it in time, I'm still a student at uni.

I tried to follow the steps for my situation (my student license expired but I am still eligible ).

is there a way to renew/restart my license?

You can renew your Educational access by signing in on the Education Product Page and following the on-screen instructions that will prompt you to renew.

I was able to access the products via the student license after I uninstalled the old versions (which I didn't do the first time).
