I have some trouble with downloading the free trial for AutoCAD. The message "We ran into a snag. Please come back soon to try again, we are looking diligently to resolve the issue." have been popping up since 2pm GMT. It is now 7pm GMT and it still shows up when I try to download the AutoCAD.

Is this the web site you went to download the free trial?

Hi @azperez6712qc,

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I think you're talking about student licenses rather than a free trial as that error message can be found when you request a product you already have a license for. I've checked your account and I can see your account is verified into 2025 with an AutoCAD license, so you don't need a serial number. To activate AutoCAD, you just need to sign in with your Autodesk ID on the 'Let's get started page'.

I hope this helps,
