Cannot change school name

Hi, 

I was wrong with my school. I submit my school as a student, but I need tu submit my school as profesor /teacher.

My school as a teacher is Escuela Normal Superior 4 DE 7. I saw on the options, but now i can't change my old university: Universidad Abierta Interamericana

Hola,

Me dicen desde SheerID que la cuenta ya está verificada y aprobada, pero no
me llegó el email para bajar el software.

Por favor ayúdeme, dónde v debo recurrir?

Unfortunately I don't see an educational profile for your account, so I'd recommend visiting the Education product page and sign in, where you should then be prompted to verify your eligibility.

Warren, me dice que tengo que esperar 275 días para verificar..
Recuerdas que estabas mail mi imstutucion y pedí cambiarla?

por otro lado sheer ID dice que se verifico y se otorgó.... Que hago
entonces?

No respondió a mis preguntas... Yo fui alumno de Universidad Abierta
interamericana, comencé el proceso de acreditación con la universidad,
luego lo quise presentar por mi trabajo que es la Escuela normal Superior
N° 4, no r permitió cambiar la institución y ahora que lo dejaron en blanco
para que pueda poner la institución actual, el sistema no me deja porque
dice que debo esperar 275 días.

Dicen que debo escribir a SheerID y ellos me dicen que lo ven aprobada y
que tengo que recibir el mail para bajar el software, el mensaje nunca
llegó y me dice que tengo que reclamar por aquí, reclamo por aquí y me
dicen que no ven nada... Pero el sistema me sigue diciendo que tengo
esperar 275 días
