Manage Library Editor will not load

I am unable to load the Managed Library Editor in my Browser, when lunched from Eagle the browser (Chrome) will open, but it just stays on the splash screen (loading library). This might be a browser setting but I'm not sure where. I can get access to the library on other computers but my primary one is not working. Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Update : Just to add to the problem : In Chrome the console gives the following message "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)". I am logged into Eagle, all my libraries locally are at the latest version.

Hi Everyone,

I hope you're all doing well. I have made the developers aware of this post and they will look into it.

In the meantime, please try clearing your cookies and caches completely and then try to use it again. In chrome when clearing your cache their is an option that let's you clear it from the beginning of time, make sure to use that one.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you or if you continue to run into problems.

Clearing data and cache in Chrome did the trick. I still get the failed to load resource message but the page still loads. Also for reference the failed to load resource error comes from the "jsts.js" java script file.

Thanks for your help.

Same problem.

In macOs 10.12.6

Cleared cache, hysteria, and so on, but problem persist.

In chrome gives this error: WebGL is not supported by this machine, so the 3d view will not work

In safari tries to load bu fails.

In chrome, ruined in parallels with windows7 (same pc) works fine

Till few weeks ago it worked fine.
