Last Modified sorting in Control Panel is numerical not by Date
I am trying to sort by the Last Modified column in the Control Panel and found files modified today are not put at the top or bottom of the list. It is being placed in the middle due to other files being created in November of 2021.
For example:
11/9/2021
11/6/2022 (the 2022 file should not be in between 2021 files)
