Issue Adding Library File in Eagle 9.6.2

I'm having trouble adding a library file to Eagle version 9.6.2. Could you please advise on how to proceed?

Hello @anand.matta,

I hope you're doing well. That happy face is very worrisome. I checked the file itself and it looks good. I think the problem is all of the periods in the file name and in the component name. If it's acceptable I would try renaming the components with underscores or dashes instead of all of the periods.
