Are your graphics card drivers up to date? Also, I think there is an issue with some AMD Radeon graphics cards that might cause this issue, there is a batch file somewhere in the EAGLE program directory which will launch EAGLE using software OpenGL mode. See if this helps to get things working and report back here so the Autodesk support team can assist you later when they are online.

I hope you're doing well. You mention that you get the white screen after you log in, that fact leads me to believe that this might not be video driver related. Are you behind any type of proxy or special IT circumstance?
