Are your graphics card drivers up to date? Also, I think there is an issue with some AMD Radeon graphics cards that might cause this issue, there is a batch file somewhere in the EAGLE program directory which will launch EAGLE using software OpenGL mode. See if this helps to get things working and report back here so the Autodesk support team can assist you later when they are online.
