Eagle not syncing latest library version to Fusion 360?

I've already uploaded and sync'd several 3D models for components so I think I have it down on how to do this properly.

However, I just uploaded two 3d models for two connectors. Updated the version on circuits.io (it's not a draft - it was saved), then opened the library in Eagle and pulled the latest version from circuits.io (there was even a pop up asking to update library). Then I sync'd to Fusion and all the components showed up fine. So all good.

However, I noticed that the components need to be adjusted in the vias a bit since one connected was sitting too low into the board, so I moved them and repeated the process I outlined above. I also re-colored the 3D connectors from black to white by importing the step file to fusion and exporting, uploading back to circuits.io. The parts now show up white in my Eagle library.

However, when I sync to fusion (and eagle shows that fusion is out of sync before I sync it), the connectors are still black and one of them is still dug into the board. Nothing updated. What gives? It think this is a bug because I repeated all the steps I have been doing so far to successfully upload 3D models.

I then decided to verify if Eagle really is pushing the latest update to the board by moving one of the connectors on the board to a new position and the position was updated in Fusion as well, but with the old 3D model. As mentioned, my Eagle library reflects the new connector (it's white instead of black).

For some reason Eagle isn't updating the library 3D model into Fusion 360. How to fix this?

Figured it out.

Had to go back into schematic and update the parts. A pop up opened after I tried to replace the symbols asking if I would like to update the symbol/part to the latest version and it did it for all copies automatically.

Honestly, I would suggest to the Eagle team to make the 3D-model-adding process less laborious. Too many buttons need to be clicked to update a part and some things can be automated. It is not easy to remember everything that needs to be done just to update ONE 3d model. A wizard that will guide you through the process would be greatly helpful!
