Due to my old WINDOWS7 machine deciding it didn't want to continue living, I now have a shiny new WINDOWS 10 machine. Nearly all my current work programs have been successfully reinstalled except EAGLE.
I have re-installed successfully, but trying the activate constantly brings up a "Unable to decode *********.key" please verify the installation key.
Now I have done this several times to no avail.
I am suspecting that WINDOWS10 does its own weird encoding of files as part of its protection system, or there is a different step required.
Welcoming suggestions.
Hi Jorge,
I didn't receive any direct message.
I can send you the details as a screen snapshot image which I kept for such a purpose.
Regards
Ken
