Eagle 7.1.0 Intallation code

Hello, I have Eagle 7.1.0 along with the key file, Invoice and packing slip, however I don't have the installation code. Any help would be appreciated.

I hope you're doing well. Unfortunately, we no longer have installation code information. Look carefully through all the documentation and your emails, we always recommended that users store it in a safe location. It's going to be 10 lowercase letters.

Thank you for the response. Sadly not what I wanted to hear but it is what it is. I have double checked all of the emails associated with the purchase and searched the computer and no luck. Do you know how they would have typically sent  this code? The purchase was in Nov, 2014.
