Eagle 6.3.0 required

Hi there

I see that you can download a free version of Eagle as part of Autodesk’s Fusion. Also available on the company’s site are legacy versions 6.6.0 to 9.6.0 -- each of which I guess still can be ‘run as freeware’

However, I am specifically looking for version Eagle 6.3.0 – the following:

eagle-lin-6.3.0.run
eagle-mac-6.3.0.zip
eagle-win-6.3.0.exe

Can anyone/Autodesk help/supply these files to me.

I have some ‘legacy board files’ I’d like to amend that were originally developed and produced in 6.3.0 and so need to ensure continuity. I am not an expert in developing PCBs and would need to make sure that the files run properly and there’s nothing untoward going on (which I may not notice) that may occur if I use a later version of the software.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @statkinsonVG8EW,

I hope you're doing well. I would recommend using the V6.6, there were only some minor bug fixes between 6.3 and 6.6 the files will be transmitted faithfully. I don't have V6.3.0 available otherwise I would have given you the link.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
