Create THT package without PTH and only soldered on bottom layer

I would like to create a THT package in Eagle 8 that only creates traces on the bottom layer (or top layer if the package is flipped) and that does not make the inside of the hole plated. Just like the good 'ol hand-etched and -drilled boards that only have copper on the bottom.
I can't seem to find a straight-forward way of doing that. As far as I can tell, the pins don't have a property that controls which that behavior.
I tried the following:
That seems to work in principle (I have yet to confirm with the manufacturer that the holes won't be plated) but it gives DRC errors:
One "Dimension" and one "Overlay" error appears on each contact that isn's connected with any traces. Connecting a trace adds another pair of those errors.
So: How do I do this the "right" way?
