problem with sending invitation for managed libraries

Hi there,

for the first time I'd like to share my managed libraries with a colleague. I go to library.io an log in, then I go to "manage members" and send an inviation to my colleague. But he never get's an email or kind of invitation. In the panel it alwys shows the status as "pendung". What did I do wrong?

Check your colleague's address carefully.
Write to him for verification.
Letters from info@library.io arrive.

Hi Yura,

 

I double checked the addresses. I invited three colleagues from my company. None of them got the mail. Spam folder ist empty, I talked to our admin but nothing was filtered...

 

For test purposes I invited myself via my private mail address, not the company mail address. That worked.

So it seems the mail could not be delivered to our company account....

 

What else could I check?

The company probably does not skip the sender's "INFO" letters or letters without specifying a topic.
Try writing a letter to colleagues without specifying a topic.

 

And believe the administrators less.
I'm the administrator in the organization. 😉

sending a mail from my private account to my company accoutn without a topic is no problem.

Hi Everyone,

 

The issue is being investigated. In the meantime, if you login to library.io directly you can accept the invitation directly. That's the workaround until we get this sorted.
