BUG: Single Layer Mode Modifying Color Chosen

I've noticed that in single layer mode the palette color chosen for the "Dimmed" setting is not showing correctly.

As you can see from the image, single layer is dimming the color chosen. I thought single layer mode didn't even work because it was showing black for my grey setting.

The color should show exactly as it is in the palette.

Now that I've been thinking about it, I would like the dimming option to use a single alpha value and a greyscale checkbox. That way you could just set the dimming to reduce the transparency of all of the layers, and still show some of their colors.

Thanks for bringing this up, Cameron. Improving the color picking / palette experience in general is definitely something we need to work on. I'll make a note about this issue specifically and see if we can clean it up. Thanks!
