Visibility issues with attributes inside a dynamic block

I'm having an issue with AutoCAD 2015 with visibility states for attributes.

I'm currently working on a block that is made up of attributes and lines that use visibility states to change how they appear. Sounds simple? Building the block is no problem, but the visibility states have been giving me issues.

As of recently, attributes inside of dynamic blocks that have been set to invisible within a visibility state, still appear when selected not to. I have no idea what's causing this. I have made blocks in the past that have the same principles, but they have never given me this problem before. I have tried ATTSYNC, REGEN, and BATTMAN to try to reset the block, but none have worked. I have even tried remaking the block from scratch to fix the problem, but it still persists.

Does anyone else have this problem when working with visibility states? Any ideas on how to correct this would be most appreciated!

Each attribute within a dynamic block must have its own unique name.

I played around with the properties of the attributes and found out if I locked the text, it would then do what I wanted them to.locked_text.PNG

Thank you all

Setting lock position to locked is working properly but

How can I get to move the attribute in the dynamic block now while it is locked??

add for example point parameter and move action for that attribute
