Visability problem

I'm making a list of vertical wire racks: 6, 10 and 12 inch wide.

i created them with move and rotation parameters. When i move the block, then realize i need to change the size, i select the drop down list and change it, it automatically goes back to the 'basepoint' but the visibility drop down stays where it was originally.  attachment for clarity (1: original placement, 2: moved placement. 3: changed size, reverted to original placement with new size, leaving the visibility parameter).

HOW DO I FIX THIS?? thank you.

The pics are not particularly helpful at diagnosis.  Post the block.

The following screencast shows how to get it all working.  Have a chained gripless point/move for the basepoint.  Move rotate the point/move rather than the basepoint.  Use only one point/move for ALL of the states.  Have each rotate action rotate ALL of the parameters/linework.  The way you have 10,000,000 little line/arc segments in each visibility state is a supremely annoying and very inefficient way to make that type of block.  It also really slows cad down to move/rotate all those individual pieces.  Best would be to simplify each state so that you don't have all the overlapping linework.  At minimum, for sanity, use nested blocks for each state.  If you're going to stretch/move/rotate individual parts, then keep those out of the nested blocks.
