Text Orientation in Block

I created a block so the text orientation would stay the same as I rotate the block but the object in the block does not rotate. Attached is the screen shop of the block defination. If I turn off the Annotative part of it then the whole block rotates. How can I get the objects to rotate but not the text?

Yes. That would be great. What you posted a couple weeks ago is what I am looking for but can not figure out how to do it from scratch. I have tried but am obviously doing it wrong.

What I posted is a very basic dynamic block.  There are quite a few YouTube videos that have been posted that go through the dynamic block basics quite thoroughly.  I'd recommend watching a video or two and then come back if you are still stuck.

Why not throw a couple of the blocks up here for us to fool around with a little.
