Table showing hidden cells Excel to autocad

Hi, dumb question right here.

I have been trying to put a table on autocad from excel using link data, pastespecial (Autocad Entities).

The issue is that every time I do this autocad shows my hidden cells from excel, with different color background/letters etc. I can paste it as a picture but it doesn't feel right.

Any way I can solve this without having to delete my excel hidden cells?

Wrong forum.  You should have posted it to the AutoCAD main forum.

By the way, do this in Excel:

- select the cells you want and copyclip

- create a new tab, paste (to get the cells format)

- go back to original tab, copyclip again

- go to the new tab, paste special > paste link

- delete rows you don't need

- save and use this tab to link in AutoCAD table

- later, when you update the original tab, the copied tab will be updated automatically, so will the AutoCAD datalink table
