Stretching a Block within a Block

I am trying to have a Dynamic Block where there are several components that are all individual blocks that I used to build the "Master Block"  Right now I want to have one of these "Sub" Blocks be stretched by a parameter in the master Block.  Is this possible.  I attached a sample of what I am referring too.

I have a decent amount of Dynamic Block Experience so I did not include the block I am actually working on as this contains a double Lookup, 3 one action lookups, two flips, two rotates, an alignment, 72 visibility states and then the stretch that I am having issues with.  This sample is the very basic of what I am struggling with.

You can move a block, but you cannot dynamically stretch a block within a block.

Ok Thank you for clarifying.  I will just explode that block and group the objects.
