Stretch multiple lines the same distance

I have a fence and I want to use the action stretch on it horizontally (screenshot shown below) so that when it's stretched by the linear parameter on the bottom left, the horizontal lines circles in red stretch the same distance while the vertical columns stay the same and just move along with the stretching.

Thank you so much, this was exactly what I wanted. I just kept using the same point as the point where the parameter point to associate it with so my dynamic block wasn't working. Thank you so much!
