The M2 position does not look like its on the center of the panel. Is it supposed to be? Where do you want them once they are stretched / moved (On Center, a certain distance from the edge, or a certain % of the stretch)?

They should move anywhere but touched to vertical lines. Means they should
move with stretched line..

Hi,

Are you looking for something like this?

Is this what you are after? I removed the constraints (presumptuously) and added stretches to the linear parameters. I added a 2nd stretch parameter at 50% to the yellow text box to show how you can move it (See actions Distance Multiplier in Properties Pallet. However, you may want to put this text box in at the dimension style manager.

I need parametric constraint as it is, should we move dimensions using constraint because when we use stretch move action, then parametric are disturbed .

Parametric constraints and dynamic parameters/actions do not play well together.  Considering you are using the constraints for the complicated array formulas and that is only possible in a limited way with dynamic parameters/actions, I can understand why you have chosen to use the constraints.  In that case, get rid of the other dynamic parameters/actions and do all of the changes of geometry in your block using ONLY constraints.

You can use 'Reassociate' on the right-click of the context menu for dimensions in order to associate the points of the dimensions with specific objects.  When those objects are move by the parametric constraints, the dimensions will move with them.

The "A CARD-pa" that I sent back seems to work even with the array formula. Can i ask why the constraints are required? Maybe there is another way to achieve your end goal.

Nope, the file you posted does not work with the array formulas.  The constraints are necessary in order to equally space the arrayed circles so that they are evenly spaced at 400 units or less with a minimum number of circles.  When the array is stretched in your file, the spacing between circles exceeds 400 units.  They have another thread highlighting that aspect of the block.  To be clear, the file posted by the author of the thread also does not function properly to array the circles as described in their other thread that discusses the same block.  I'm not sure why they started a second thread, especially one where they post a block that does not contain the essential functionality of the other thread as it seems inevitable that it would cause this confusion.
