STRETCH AT END OF AN ARRAY

So I have a couple fencing blocks that I'd like to combine into 1 block that allows me to place fencing at any length I choose. The fencing has a max span of 5'. Currently I have a block that allows me to array the fence in 5' increments and then a separate block I can place at the end that allows me to adjust from 0"-60". I'm wanting this functionality combined into one block. Preferably without visibility states as that is how I'm controlling cable tray appearing on either side of the fence or not at all. But if it has to use visibility states I can move cable trays to their own dynamic block. I've attached a dwg with the blocks I currently have. any advice on how to achieve the functionality?

If I'm understanding what you're wanting to do, you should be able to Ctrl+select the last object in the array to manually move it. I'm unable to look at your block right now, so if it is an actual block, you wouldn't be able to do that, but an array automatically groups things into what appears to be a block, so just confirming.

By array I'm meaning it's an array within the dynamic block, not the typical AutoCAD array command.

Look at the attached drawing. The bottom rectangle arrays and the top angle can be stretched, but only as far back as the last item in the array

After playing around with it I think I came up with about the same solution using stretch instead of move for that top rectangle. unfortunately doesn't let me use that specific block for less than 5' sections but I can just make 2 separate blocks, one for 0'-5' and another for 5'+. Thank you guys.
