Rescale dwg from mm to m - Dynamic blocks

Dear all,

From a client I received a drawing with a design in millimeters. My company however uses meters. Therefore I change the drawing units from millimeters to meters with -DWGUNITS  (or AECDWGSETUP in Civil 3D) and I rescale all modelspace objects.

That works fine for almost everything but not for dynamic blocks. They remain 1000x too big. Only solution is to select them manually and change the scale in the properties window. I'm able to fix this drawing, but I want to know if there is a solution to avoid this problem in the future? Maybe I'm overlooking a setting in block editor or the dwg in general, maybe there's a system variable I'm forgetting...

In attachment you have 2 files: the original drawing and the rescaled drawing. The blocks which won't rescale correctly are "TAW peil", "TAW peil L-R" and "breeklijn".

Thanks a lot!

Pieter

Try INSUNITS variable.

Hello,

INSUNITS is a variable concerning inserting or attaching blocks etc. My blocks are already in the drawing when I rescale them.
