Rectangular pipe dynamic block

I made a dynamic block for a rectangular pipe which can be changed via parameters and actions. I can change the height and width and it works just fine, but when want to change value D for the thickness the bottom half does not link with the value inserted. 

I want to keep the base point directly on the bottom of the block for easy usage.

You can't use Scale action for rectangular pipe. You must use 4 stretch actions (one for each side). And you don't need parameter ID.

I dont' know how to deal with the rounded corners, but did you try constrain?
