Problem with rotate parameter along with flip

I HAVE MADE A BLOCK WITH A FLIP AND ROTATE PARAMETER WITH MAXIMUM AND MINIMUM ANGLES....

I INCLUDED ROTATE PARAMETER IN THE SELECTION SET OF FLIP...

PROBLEM : IF I ROTATE AND THEN FLIP THE BLOCK...THE BASE ANGLE OF ROTATE PARAMETER IS CHANGED AND SO THE MAXIMUM AND MINIMUM ANGLES ARE ALSO CHANGED....

IS THERE ANY SOLUTION FOR THIS...

I AM ATTACHING THE SAME BLOCK WITH THIS....

I WANT THE BASE POINT OF THE ROTATION PARAMETER TO BE FLIPPED....BUT THE BASE ANGLE TO BE SAME AFTER FLIPPING

IMO, the easiest solution is to change the center of the rotate so that it is in the middle of the dot and then don't rotate the flip.  If you must have the rotate at the end of the line, then the I believe the attached file works as you would like.
