Problem wirh dynamic block when I past in other drawing

Good after noon with all.

I explain to you next my problem with the dynamic blocks:
When copying a block to another drawing, it loses its dynamic properties, an error occurs when clicking on the properties map.

I really hope not to take away much time, and thank you infinitely for your help.

PS: Attach a video and the file so you can better appreciate the problem.

I haven't seen that bug before, but I believe it is caused by the generally bad drafting practice of drawing far, far, far away from the origin.  Is there a reason you aren't drawing by the origin?  Here's a screencast of getting the grip/table to work.  As soon as I moved everything to the origin of the drawing, it worked fine.  Consider what you are asking AutoCAD to define.  The space between the block insertion point and the block properties grip location is 0.0262 units.  The location of that block is 8,485,220,904.2580 units from the origin.  Seriously.  8.5 trillion units away from the origin, I guess it has a hard time defining a distance of 0.0262 units...

Oops, I overstated that.  It's only 8.5 billion units, not trillion.

Thank you very much for your answer, but I still do not have anything clear, for example in this case I am working with Autocad Civil 3D, and the coordinates of this drawing are very important, for the reason I can not work in the coordinates 0.0, 0; eh here my doubt in dynamic blocks I always have to work at the coordinates 0,0 0 or I have another way of handling this problem, I would like you infinitely, if you can upload a video or the explanation, it would really be helpful 🙂

I'm not saying you need to work AT the origin, but you need to be reasonable.  Are you saying that you need the block to be placed 8.5 BILLION units from the origin?  Seriously?  If those units are inches, then that's 5 times the entire circumference of the earth. Even if your units are cm you're still over 2X the entire circumference of the earth.  Why would you EVER need to work like that and if you really do, then AutoCAD might not be the right program.
