Polar stretch or copy

Hi, I'm trying to create a dynamic block for inserting pipes and their connection curves at the ends.

The problem I stopped on is on curves. I would like to create an action that allows it to vary the angle from 0 (absent) to 45° to 90°, for both ends separately.
I have already used the visibility parameter to display or hide a text indicating the diameter.

Any help please?

I'm using Autocad LT 2023

Thank you!
