Point grip using constraints

Hello all
I have a question about constraints: Is it possible to get a point grip in a dynamic block that uses constraints?
I am trying to simulate the behaviour of a Polar Stretch action. I want to use constraints instead of actions because of the calculation it lets me do. Right now i have to use two grips, one to rotate, one to lengthen. It would be handier if they could be combined into one point grip.
In annex is my most current example of this.
