Parameters Manager within a dynamic block actions are all at 0,0,0

I do not know if you have ever happened to anyone, but I have here a stress.
After using the Parameters Manager within a dynamic block editing to redefine the number order, it happened to me that the boxes of actions are all overlapping and seemingly all at the point 0,0,0.
Even then edit the block and separate, and recording continues without changing everything.
It seems to me that either is a bug or a parameter that does not know what that defines where are the boxes for the actions.
Has it ever happened to you something?
Someone help me?

I have seen this discussed in other threads, but have not had the issue occur to me.  It may have something to do with having bactionbarmode set to 1 vs. 0 when making changes within parameters manager.
