Older Dynamic block not working with Mechanical 2019

Hi. I have used dynamic blocks regularly. I noticed that at least one ( I have not tested so many) dynamic block made by previous versions of Autocad Mechanical (2016...2018) do not work with Autocad mechanical 2019. It acts normal if I open it with older Mechanical versions (tested 2017 and 2018) but not with new newest 2019 (yes, I have the latest updates).

In this block there are some calculation behind the Dimensional Constrain parameters guided by User parameters but they are not so complicated.  I have tried to save it in different formats. No luck.

Any idea what is the problem.

Luckily I have the possibility to use the older versions parallel to the new one.

Can you post a block that works in all but 2019 Mechanical so others can see if it works for them?

I'm having the same issue. Does anyone at Autodesk have a solution for this?

Please post a block that isn't working in 2019 so others can test it. Since it isn't affecting all blocks, just a few, we a block that isn't working to test to track down which command(s) has changed.

See attached. Some of what we have determined is that its not all dynamic blocks and it has something to do with the constraints. They also work fine in a file with units set to Decimal Feet, but they bust in a file with units set to Arch Inches. However they also work fine in the out of the box template file (even if set to Arch Inches). So it has something to do with the Units, constraints within the dynamic block, and something in our template file. Any help is much appreciated.

I had no problems with the block in ACA set to Architectural. No error message. Does the block work if you click OK at the error message and insert the block or does it break?

I appreciate you taking a look. We did determine that it doesn't happen on all of our users machines and it only happens in 2019 with units set to Arch Inches. So that leads me to believe that it has something to do with a variable that is set differently on different machines, but I can't figure out what that variable would be....

Workaround for now is to be in 2018 or 2020, but if anyone finds a possible solution to this, please let me know.
