Door swing doesn't work properly (not scale properly and unaligned)

I'm unabled to make this dynamic door block work correctly, my problem is the swing, it doesn't scale properly and as I scale it, it moves through x and y axis proportionally, tried a couple of solutions I read here in the forums, like stretching, adding fixed points, reseting the block, a lot stuff and still doesn't work. I attach the file. Thanks a lot

Because of the detail of your block, getting the swing to behave properly is complicated.  The CORRECT swing has the center of the arc at the pivot point (hinge center) and goes from the same relative point on the door both in the closed and the open position.  What you show as 'correct', is not correct.  The arc center is in the wrong location and the arc goes from one point on the door when closed to a different point on the door when open.  See screencast on how to make the actually correct arc scale properly.

Thanks a lot, I can see the problem now, I just have one last question, is the second move parameter needed for stability? I accidentally erase it and it works  still perfectly.

I'm not sure what you mean by the 'second move parameter'.  There are move actions.  There are no move parameters.  Please post the current version of your block.

This may be helpful, a technique is to use an arc dimension and turn off the un-needed parts
