Need to fix the object on center between two movable objects

As I have shown in above please help me to get desire output by suggesting some idea.

I want to move that RED half and Full Circles horizontally and keep that distance 10 constant between two rectangles on moving circle only lengths of rectangle will be changed.

Also That two blue circles need to be on center between two marked points you can see in first rectangle that block is in center and both side distance is same 22.89~22.89.

Additional, all rectangles have different distances to the circles. Is that correct and if yes, which distances between the rectangle and the circles do you need?

Yes This is what I need I had used same but I was missing selection thank you for that fix, But you took move point from start. I am uploading this proper block in this file, objects in red will be move and move point is marked by leaders. objects in blue color will be centered between two moving points.

I have had thought that after you have seen my suggestion you could complete the block yourselfe. 

The principe for the new updated block is the same. 

Well, here my new attempt. I hope I understand you right: you want to move each of the circles and the blue objects have to stay in the middle between the two adjacent circles. 

If not so, I think now you can "repair" it to your whishes.

Really? Also for the most left and most right objects? Then should the most left and most right objects not be placed centered between the center point of the adjacent circle und the centerpoint of the arc, but halfway of the centerpoint of the circle and the point near the centerpoint of the arc. If so, this can you fix yourselfe.

Actually I had tried similar way but I wasnt selecting right side boxes.
