Can/should I use Constraints here?

In the attached block, when I change either the DEPTH or DECK properties, I need the magenta and blue lines to follow the change in angle of the green line (and the longer grey line extension of the green line). In a previous try at this block, I just added a bunch of stretch actions, using angle offsets and distance multipliers in order to get them to follow (closely enough anyway, it was never perfect). I have never used constraints but is this a scenario where constraints would be useful?

If yes, can someone explain the basics of how I would go about doing this? Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't.  I'd just add a wipeout that is the same outline as the concrete, stretch it the same as the concrete outline, and use draworder to place it behind the concrete hatch and above the linework.

Gaaa, I was hoping to avoid wipeouts here just because of the object ordering aspect, it always seems to get messed up in blocks. I supposed that will work for the vertical lines but Ill have to come up with a stretch action for the "0 bond beam" lines. Thanks for the help.

For me draworder sometimes/often does not display correctly within block editor but ALWAYS works correctly in model space based on the commands that are input in block editor.  I don't know which lines are which, but the horizontal blue/magenta lines are the ones that would be useful to cover up with the wipeout if you want then not to appear on top of the concrete hatch.

Ive had some issues with incorrect display even in model space. I have a LISP that sends the wipeout to the back of the draw order in a block, but that will not work here as there are lines that need to be under the wipeout.
