Need help with dynamic block that has fixed holes on the ends but array in center holes

I'm new to creating dynamic blocks and after watching tutorials and reading forums I can't seem to figure this one out..

Trying to create a dynamic block where the two end holes are fixed when being stretched either way and not simultaneously. While also having the center holes (red) arrayed and evenly spaced with each other and with the two end holes.
